Adding Pictures to Posts

There are two ways to add pictures to your post.

#1
Pictures can be uploaded to your post:
Below the box you type in, on the left, you'll see two tabs. Click the one that says "upload attachment".
Click the browse button to find the picture on your computer and click it, then click "open". (or can just double click the image)

#2
Pictures can be added to your post by using one of the free image hosting sites on the web.
-You simply upload a picture from your computer to their website.
-They will give you several lines of code. Copy the line of code that
references Forums or Message Boards.
-Paste that line of code into your post in the forum. (preview your post to see it)

Here are a few popular ones or you can search for 'free image hosting' for more choices.

Photobucket
Flickr
Tinypic
ImageShack

Hi Linda,
I finally figured out last week how to add photos to my posts and it works very well. Today however, when wanting to upload a card photo, the attachment icon on my end is gone !! Wonder how that happened and how do I get it back? Many Thanks,
bobby2

I have no idea why it would disappear but I'll check it out!

I'm finding nothing wrong - I've tested several different ways and the 'upload attachment' tab is still there and the 'browse' button is still there. They do only show up when you are making a new post or replying to a post.

Linda I do not have the attachment button on the bottom left when replying to a PM. Am I missing something? There is one however when replying to this type of message.

In PMs, below the submit button there should be a "choose" button, it doesn't actually say 'attachment'.
